1 Schedule your FREE intro session
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never stepped foot in a box before, we will help you through it with a “Foundations” session* to look at your range of motion and movement mechanics and teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit.
*limited to people living or working locally. If you are just visiting, please book a drop in session.
2. Start your Training
Once you've been through fundamentals, we'll get you started in class and help establish healthy habits, putting you on a path toward success.
3. Start reaching your goals and growing
Once you have the basics down you’ll book classes easily on our app, enjoy the workouts with awesome people and reach your goals in no time!

We run over 25 classes every week across 6 days at our Queenstown Location. Using functional movements such as pushing, pulling, pressing, hinging, squatting, throwing, jumping and running across performance based programmes- in addition to skill work like balance, coordination, flexibility and stability-we build better posture and position in all planes of motion.
In addition, our daily workouts always change and vary in intensity and format to keep you guessing, sweating and coming back for more!
